Electronic component sourcing standards
Max Semiconductors uses an evidence-first, RFQ-first workflow. These standards describe the public operating boundary; they do not create an authorization, certification, inventory, or delivery claim.
Identity first
The exact manufacturer and complete manufacturer part number are the starting point. Descriptions and supplier SKUs do not replace the canonical MPN.
Offer-specific evidence
Source, quantity, packaging, condition, price basis, lead-time basis, date code, and documentation are kept connected to the option being evaluated.
Claims stay separate
Authorization, certification, traceability, authenticity, compliance, availability, and delivery are different claims. Evidence for one does not establish the others.
Open conditions
If a requirement is unresolved, the written quote should say so. A buyer can then approve, reject, or clarify the condition before ordering.
RFQ boundary
A form submission starts review. It is not an order, a live inventory promise, or a guarantee of price or delivery.
