Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
This policy explains how Max Semiconductors (also referred to as we, us, or our) handles information when you visit this website, submit a request for quote (RFQ), upload a bill of materials (BOM), or contact the sourcing desk.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information, such as your name, work email, company, and message.
- Sourcing information, including manufacturer part numbers, quantities, target pricing, needed-by dates, packaging, date-code requirements, notes, and BOM files you submit.
- Technical and security information, such as IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, request timestamps, browser and device information made available in standard web requests, and security or delivery logs.
- Basic referral information, such as the page or campaign that led you to the site, when available.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, export-controlled technical data, or other sensitive information through a general form unless we provide a designated secure process.
How we use information
We use information to review and respond to requests, research supply options, prepare and administer quotes, communicate about an inquiry, protect the site from abuse, maintain business records, troubleshoot services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use RFQ or BOM data for third-party advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to operate the site and process requests, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Neon for managed database infrastructure, and Resend for transactional email. They process information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential browser storage for features such as attribution continuity, form operation, and cart state where a catalog is available. We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising technologies are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry, RFQ, BOM, quote, notification, and related audit records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, conduct sourcing, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention is currently administered manually. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and provider security controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your request, subject to identity verification and any records we must retain for legal, security, or transaction purposes. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Send requests to support@maxsemiconductors.com. We will respond according to the laws that apply to the request.
International processing and children
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@maxsemiconductors.com. Max Semiconductors is based in Tampa, Florida, USA.
